Transforming Liquid-Based Process Waste
Our advanced evaporation facilities are designed to transform liquid-based process waste into solids through a sophisticated evaporation process. By utilizing heat to separate liquids from solids, we significantly reduce waste volume, recover valuable components, and minimize environmental impact.
How Our Evaporation Process Works
At SafeClean, we process liquid-based waste by using heat to separate liquids from solids. The process involves several key steps:
Pretreatment: The waste is first pretreated to remove larger particles.
Evaporation: The pretreated waste is heated in one of our evaporator units, causing the liquid components to evaporate.
Condensation: The evaporated liquid is directed through a condenser where it cools and condenses back into liquid form.
Collection and Treatment: The condensed liquid is collected for further treatment or reuse.
Solid Stabilization: The remaining solid materials are treated and stabilized for safe disposal or further processing. This process effectively reduces waste volume and allows for the recovery of valuable resources.
